These two pics show the results of the record rain fall that happened days before this year's event. It caused lots of extra work for Jim and Volunteers.

Saturday before the event, out in the woods, early morning, cutting new trail to by pass the big water holes. There were lakes out there from all the rain that week.

Patrick Beaule from KTM Canada showed up with a few demo bikes. Along with the bikes that Wheelsport provided we had about 8 demo KTM's to try all day Saturday.

Music provided by "Smoke Stack Lighting and Cadillac Rumble" went well into the night. It was cold, but a big bon fire and a couple of beers kept us warm.

Some mini ATV racing early Sunday morning.

More mini ATV action early Sunday morning.

Lots of fast kids entered the mini bike race Sunday morning. The track was wet and greasy, so some of them had a hard time staying up on two wheels.

Some misc. pics of the morning 1 hour event which included classes like Schoolboy, Youth, Women and Vintage.

The infamous "Pond" claimed a few victims this year.

Hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages, chili and drinks were for sale and provided by the nice people from Bearbrooke Farms.
Some pics of the rif-raf who showed up to compete and watch the event.

Here is a video of Wheelsport owner Fred Kolman on his red Honda CRF230. At the age of 75, he was the most "seasoned" rider in the field. He finished the one hour event and completed 5 laps. |
